Sharing from Campaign Supervisor, Ms Foo

             Miss Yi Von is an advisor for current 2012 campaign in University Tunku Abdul Rahman. It had been Miss Yi Von’s first year in UTAR since 2011 May.

            For Miss Yi Von, togetherness means joys and laughter. Miss Yi Von said that when she thinks of togetherness, the quotes from Henry Ford always come to her mind. “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress and working together is success”. Miss Yi Von added that togetherness also means unity, intimate relationship and closeness with each another.

            During Miss Yi Von working life in UTAR, she had experienced and participated in lot of activities that able to bring out the theme of togetherness. One of the events is Chinese New Year celebration with FAS staffs. Miss Yi Von said “It happen to gather all the staff from different races to achieve a common cause.” Miss Yi Von added that all staff from different races and ranks comes together in the event wearing cheongsam and samfoo or red cloths to celebrate Chinese New Year together.

            Last but not least, Miss Yi Von wished UTAR’s 10^th Anniversary. Besides, she said that UTAR had the ultimate potential to be more successful and great in year to come. She said “UTAR 10^th Anniversary is the beginning and I hope will be here to witness UTAR’s 100^th anniversary in future.
