Alumni's Memory Sharing by Eugene Goh

I still remember a time when we were about to graduate. As a course representative, I requested a few of my classmates to plan out the graduation dinner for our course. They put in their hardest, but there was only one problem: We weren’t working together. At least, not quite.
There were arguments amongst each other; there was also division. Certainly, not everyone was in agreement with the other party’s decision. Still, through the thick and thin, the whole class managed to come back together, and the whole class had a graduation dinner they’ll never forget.
As the saying goes, “United we stand. Divided we fall.” It is because they decided do this together, to agree to disagree, to accept one another’s weakness, that brought the whole class, together.
